How to Pay an Invoice
Manage and pay your invoices easily through the Racklot client area.
Viewing Your Invoices
- Log into your client area
- Click Billing → My Invoices
- Invoices are listed with their due date and status (Paid / Unpaid / Overdue)
Paying an Invoice
- Click on an Unpaid invoice
- Select your payment method:
- PayPal — pay with your PayPal account or guest checkout
- Credit/Debit Card — pay directly with your card
- Follow the prompts to complete payment
- You will receive a receipt by email once payment is confirmed
Auto-Renewal
- Services are set to auto-renew by default
- Ensure your payment method is up to date to avoid service interruption
- You can disable auto-renewal from the service details page
Payment Issues
If you experience any issues with payment, open a billing support ticket and include your invoice number.
