Understanding Your Invoice and Charges
Reading Your Invoice
Each invoice includes:
- Invoice number and date
- Due date — pay by this date to avoid service interruption
- Line items — each service you are billed for, with the billing period
- Subtotal, tax (if applicable), and total
Common Line Items
- Dedicated Server — [Plan Name]: Your monthly server rental
- Additional IP Addresses: Fee per additional IP block
- Managed Services / Add-ons: Any optional services added to your account
How Proration Works
If you upgrade mid-billing-cycle, you are charged only for the remaining days at the new rate. The unused portion of your current plan is credited to your account.
Example: Upgrade on day 15 of a 30-day cycle — you pay 50% of the price difference for the remainder of the month.

Dispute a Charge
If you believe an invoice contains an error:

- Open a Billing support ticket with your invoice number and a description of the discrepancy
- Our team will review and correct any errors
