Understanding Your Invoice and Charges

Reading Your Invoice

Each invoice includes:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Due date — pay by this date to avoid service interruption
  • Line items — each service you are billed for, with the billing period
  • Subtotal, tax (if applicable), and total

Common Line Items

  • Dedicated Server — [Plan Name]: Your monthly server rental
  • Additional IP Addresses: Fee per additional IP block
  • Managed Services / Add-ons: Any optional services added to your account

How Proration Works

If you upgrade mid-billing-cycle, you are charged only for the remaining days at the new rate. The unused portion of your current plan is credited to your account.

Example: Upgrade on day 15 of a 30-day cycle — you pay 50% of the price difference for the remainder of the month.

Download a PDF Invoice

  1. Go to Billing → My Invoices
  2. Click on the invoice number
  3. Click Download PDF

Dispute a Charge

If you believe an invoice contains an error:

  1. Do not issue a chargeback — this can result in account suspension
  2. Open a Billing support ticket with your invoice number and a description of the discrepancy
  3. Our team will review and correct any errors
